Metropolitan Trucking offers industry leading pay rates because we believe in paying for your experience and compensating you with a leading wage regardless of miles. We do this through a minimum pay program so you can always count on a consistent check each and every week. We call it our “We Care” safety net. If you have trucking experience, expect to make more with Metropolitan from your first day on the job.
HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR PAY PACKAGE INCLUDE:◊ Sliding pay per mile rates based on lengths of haul. Shorter miles equal higher rates per mile paid to the driver. Always a fair wage for a fair day regardless of miles. The average Metropolitan driver earns an effective average rate per mile, in an average week of over .48 cents per mile.
◊ Minimum Pay Program to always assure a driver they can earn a consistent paycheck EVERY week. We call it “We Care Pay”
